Our flagship programme consists of a wide range of core skills. These include strong communication skills, the ability to inspire and motivate others, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, delegation, and time management skills. A leader must also be adaptable and able to handle change, possess emotional intelligence and self-awareness, and be able to build and maintain relationships with team members. We give our programme delegates a business challenge question which is solved at the end of the programme after they have attended workshops on the leadership skills identified.
